Boot Camp was one of the most rewarding experience that I have ever had. I have always had a weight problem.  I was determined to do something about it but I was not educated on how to do it. I would try by skipping meals, bad diets, anything and everything.  Larry Wadsworth explained the program and it seemed like it would help me. I was the biggest person in the program and was afraid that I would not be able to keep up with everyone.  Everyone encouraged me and never made me feel like I was any different then they were. Jenni Rosselit is the trainer and my guardian angel. She never yelled at me, only encouraged me. When I failed at something, she never pointed it out but would keep telling me that I was doing a good job. She would remind me to breathe which I often forgot to do. I received a diet plan and an exercise program that anyone could follow. I started the program hating myself and ended the program with a new appreciation for myself. I used to limit myself and my abilities. The program showed me that I can do anything. Even when I thought I could not go on, I did and felt like I was a winner. It was the best decision I ever made.


Testimonal on Boot Camp

I have been a member of Bodyworks for several years and workout on my own on a pretty regular basis. I got to a point in my workouts when I was not getting the results I wanted to see. I wanted to lose a few pounds and tone my overall body. I watched each week as the first group of boot camp participants kept losing pounds, inches and their body fat percent kept dropping (Jen posts the weeks' weigh-ins on her door). Before the next boot camp started, I decided that boot camp was what I needed to get me past my plateau. Boot camp did just that.                                                                      Each week Jen gave us new information, guidelines and tips for healthy living and eating to get us throught that week. She also provided meal plans that were sensible with realistic food choices. The workout sessions were hard, but fun and never monotonous. Jen always motivated us to keep going through the tough workout sessions, to push a little harder. The hard work always paid off the following weeks when I got on the scale. Boot camp also provided me with a new sense of accomplishment. I exceed the expectations I had set for myself in the beginning.                                           The most important thing I learned from boot camp was to be consistent; both in my workouts and in eating. Those two things together brought about the changes I wanted to see in myself. Other people noticed results of the classes also. It also gave me motivation to keep following the workouts and eating plan, even though boot camp ended.  I would recommend boot camp to anyone who wanted to make improvements in their lifestyle. I think boot camp would be beneficial to everyone. If you're a first time member Jen will give you all the necessary tools you need to be successful. If you've worked out a while and need the extra push to continue to improve, boot camp will do that.                            


I have been a member of Bodyworks for years now off and on. I started with a trainer because I wanted far reaching results that I do not believe I would have been able to achieve on my own. Jen came into the picture when I watched a few of her sessions with her other clients. Her demeanor with them seemed to be tough but gracious, thus punishing but encouraging what I needed to get the results I wanted. Jen has supplied me with nutrition and how to train to get results I want in building my muscles, but the encouragement from her is vital. I never had any idea what I could achieve because I had nothing to compare to but myself, and I have achieved greater results than what I have though I could have already. For everyone exercising for that toned/tight look keep at it because if it is to be it is up to you, but I have no doubt that I would never get to where I want to be without a trainer there. Sometimes a person only needs one more degree of push. Water doesn't boil at 221 degrees but it does at 212!

We first started with Jen because our trainer had moved to Florida. We have been training at Bodyworks for 2 years, not on our own but with a trainer. Due to the fact that we have stuck with a trainer for so long we have definitely achieved results we most likely would never achieved being on our own. We need that extra motivation and having a trainer like Jen definitely does that for us. She always seems to show us that there is a way.  Sometimes we do not think we can do an exercise, but she makes us do it anyway, and we do it! Jen can work with anyone, she motivates the people who do not think they have it in them. We would recommend anyone to train with Jen. She will get the job done, and you will definitely have fun doing it.

I have been training with Mike for the past year. It has been a great experience watching my body change. This past June I ran in my first 5K! I never ran this much as a teenager. Many friends have asked me how I have lost the weight. I always tell them "the old fashioned way of diet and exercise". This culture has people believing a pill or a surgery is the way to lose weight. I knew that I wanted to lose weight the healthiest way possible. Mike not only provides good physical workouts, but also stresses nutrition and overall Wellness. He has reviewed weekly food journals and with his advice and encouragement I have lost 50 pounds over the last year. He motivates me to be the best I can be.

I began a fitness program with Mike Stull over a year ago. My goal was to achieve a better overall level of health and fitness to support an active life style as I reached my mid-50s. As my kids enter their teenage years, I wanted to be able to physically participate in activities with them, from snow-skiing to backyard baseball.            Mike's fitness program has been vigorous and challenging. Personal training is approached in a holistic way, with both nutritional guidance and physical exercise receiving appropriate emphasis. Mike's program has helped give me a higher daily energy level and increased my strength and endurance. His training regimen has noticeably toned up my body and has helped me carry my weight better. I feel healthy and feel better about how I look! Finally I would be remiss if I didn't mention that training with Mike is fun!
